## Design

### Flexible Mounting System

The Cordel Wave-Rugged features a flexible mounting system that allows easy installation on various rail/road vehicles without the need for specialized tools or equipment.

### Detachable Camera Box

The Cordel Wave-Rugged includes a detachable camera box which allows users to remove it for missions where a camera is not required.

## The Cordel On Board Computer (OBC)

Data that is captured by the Cordel Wave-Rugged is stored on the On Board Computer (OBC) and can be uploaded to the Rail Data Platform using Cordel Cloud Sync. The OBC can store up to 2TB of data and operates on a FIFO (First in First out) buffer.
