To create a Cordel Connect account, you must be invited to the platform. Once you have been invited, you will receive an invitation via email. To create your Cordel Connect account, simply confirm your email and follow the prompts. 

### 1. Accept the email invitation to Cordel Connect

> ℹ️ Email Sender: **System** <[system@cordel.ai](mailto:system@cordel.ai)>

Once a company administrator sends an invitation to Cordel Connect, users will receive an email invitation.

It is recommended users add this email address as a contact and/or add it to the safe senders list, to ensure messages from the Cordel service desk are received. 

> ⚠️ If no invitation email arrives, check your junk/spam folder.


Once the invitation email is received, click the ‘Confirm Email’ button.

### 2. Accept the End User License Agreement

The Cordel Connect End User License Agreement (EULA) page will automatically launch. Once you have reviewed the EULA, click the ‘I Agree’ button at the bottom of the page:

### 3. Create a password

Create a password by entering a strong password into the password field; in the ‘Confirm Password’ field, re-enter the same strong password. 

> 📝 Password Requirements:
> 📝 
> 📝 - At least one lowercase letter
> 📝 - At least one uppercase letter
> 📝 - At least one number
> 📝 - At least one symbol
> 📝 - Longer than 6 characters


Then click ‘Register’ to create your account.

When you are presented with the “Account confirmed successfully!” dialog box, click the ‘log in’ link to be directed to your company’s Cordel Connect URL
