Clearance Connect empowers rail networks to manage, audit and store clearance data, as well as allowing access to the data from a single, centralised location. 

#### Clearance Data Governance

This module provides rail networks with an intuitive clearance management tool for their SCN data by integrating data capture, processing, management, compliance, and assessment. The Clearance Module gives networks confidence in the quality, consistency, security and usability of their SCN data. 

The Clearance module is designed to ingest compliant SCN clearance data files, which can be sourced using Cordel’s capture hardware - or clients can supply existing data (BYOD). 

#### Clearance Data Management

The Clearance Connect module hosts and provides tools to manage large volumes of raw clearance data, with functionality for automated and ‘human-in-the-loop’ quality assurance workflows.

This module enables efficient management of current and historical clearance data through intuitive functionality like:

- Slice view/edit functionality
- The ability to automatically and manually assign structures to slices
- User defined data management workflows, with dynamic survey review/validation processes
- Automated and manual QA of data
- Structure data searchability
- Re-survey compliance reporting - understanding the age of survey data as it relates to the network and which areas are due for compliance periods
- Periodic network wide releases of clearance data (configurable through permissions)
