> ℹ️ This article provides definitions for commonly used terms and acronyms in the Cordel Ground Station product.

| **Term** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |
| Host Machine | The computer running Cordel Ground Station |
| Rover | Any vehicle with a Cordel Capture unit |
| NET | The NET icon indicates whether or not the capture device has an internet connection. |
| CAM | This icon indicates whether there is a video capture device connected. When the icon is green, the device is detected and recording, a blue icon indicates it is not recording |
| STOR | This icon indicates the total storage space free on the Control Unit. The Control Units have 250GB of on board storage. When recording is stopped it will be transferred to the Host Machine for data storage if connected. The Control Unit uses a FIFO queue in order to decide what missions to delete when storage is low. |
| GNSS | This icon indicates the current type of GNSS lock, this has been simplified to:<br>Green- position lock<br>yellow- partial lock<br>red- no lock/error |
| LID | This icon indicates the LiDAR status, green indicates ready to capture, red** **indicates it is still starting. |
| CAP | This icon indicates whether the Control Unit is recording a mission |
